1. About This Service

Pratibha Digital designs and delivers professional websites for LIC Insurance Advisors in India. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms described on this page.

2. Package & Pricing

The current package price of ₹2,999/year (regular price ₹5,999/year) includes a 5-page website, custom domain, hosting, SSL certificate, mobile responsive design and the other features listed on our offer page. ₹2,999 is the promotional price for your first annual package; renewal pricing for subsequent years will be communicated to you before renewal.

3. Website Delivery

We aim to deliver your website within 24 hours after receiving all required information, photos and domain confirmation from you, subject to domain availability and technical requirements. Delays in providing complete information may extend this timeline.

4. Domain & Hosting

Where we register a domain or set up hosting on your behalf, these are purchased specifically for you as part of your package. Domain availability is not guaranteed and is subject to the relevant domain registrar's policies.

5. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, your professional photo and content for your website. Pratibha Digital is not responsible for delays or errors caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by you.

6. No Guaranteed Business Outcomes

Pratibha Digital provides website design and hosting services only. We do not make any claims, promises or guarantees regarding leads, sales, policies sold, income or business growth as a result of using our website package.

7. Not an Official LIC Service

Pratibha Digital and the websites we build are independent services for individual LIC Advisors. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official representative of Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC).

8. Maintenance & Changes

Basic maintenance is included as described in your package. Major redesigns, additional pages or new functionality beyond the included package may be chargeable separately, and will be quoted before any work begins.

9. Payments & Refunds

Please review our separate Refund Policy page for full details. In summary, payments become non-refundable once website development work has started or once domain/hosting has been purchased on your behalf.

10. Changes to These Terms

Pratibha Digital may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
