Payments made for our LIC Advisor website package are non-refundable once website development work has started, or once domain/hosting has been purchased on your behalf, whichever happens first.

Why This Policy Exists

Each website we build is customized to your name, photo, content and preferred domain. In many cases, this involves registering a domain and purchasing hosting specifically for you. Because these costs and this work are specific to your order, they cannot be reversed or resold once started.

Before You Order

To avoid any inconvenience, please:

  • Confirm your details, requirements and preferred domain name carefully before placing your order
  • Ask us any questions about the package on WhatsApp before making payment
  • Review the full terms we share with you before payment

If a Domain Is Unavailable

If your first-choice domain name is unavailable, we will inform you and help you choose an alternative before any purchase is made.

Errors on Our Part

If Pratibha Digital is unable to deliver the website package due to an error entirely on our part, we will discuss a fair resolution with you directly.
