If you cancel your project before any design or development work has started, you are eligible for a full refund of the advance amount, minus any applicable transaction charges.

3. Mid-Project Cancellations

If a project is cancelled after work has begun but before completion, refunds (if applicable) will be calculated based on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation.

4. Completed Projects

Once a website has been fully delivered and approved by the client, no refunds will be issued, as the service has been rendered in full.

5. Non-Refundable Items

• Domain registration and hosting charges (if purchased on your behalf)
• Third-party plugin or theme licenses
• Custom work already completed and delivered
